Advanced Kun Khmer/Muay Thai is a program geared toward guests that are intermediate and above. This class emphasizes on advanced strikes, combinations, drills, techniques, bag work, pad work, etc.
Advanced Kun Khmer includes:

Kids' Martial Arts
Our Kids' Martial Arts class is a mixture of various forms of martial arts to include Taekwondo, Hapkido Kun Khmer/Muay Thai and other forms of martial arts; most importantly, students will learn the importance of respect, self-discipline, confidence, mental strength and other positive traits.

Sparring is a form of training common to many combat sports. It is essentially relatively 'free-form' fighting, with enough rules, customs, or agreements to minimize injuries.
Students must be prepared with:
